IGF:
This stands for 'International Geological Foundations' Corporation which was founded by Sk4nkz (one of the Admins). It is the founder of the settlement and runs the land to prevent people from freely building silly structures. It also owns three oil wells which can be bought out but IGF will not run them unless someone buys the oil refinery and establishes a contract. People can ask rights to build in the city (Very costly) by asking at the IGF, (Or they can buy/occupy a prebuilt one from whoever). IGF features 4 departments, these are miners, builders, founders and resources. Wages are set currently at 20 Industrial Credits (this may possibly change) per Minecraft day and work times are set to every other day. Note: Jobs are available.

Sc0 & Co. supplies a vast amount of renewable energy from the use of the sun. It is owned by Sc0zb0 (The second Admin). The supply currently feeds the Park Hall estate as well as one of the occupant buildings in the Park Hall shopping street. It is expected that the supplier will be very reliable thus making a large profit. However the more power it feeds, the larger the rent fee. Note: Jobs are available.
Cravendale Estate Agents
This is a community building. Who ever wishes to run this business will pay little payment upfront. Their worry will be managing owned plots of houses as well as paying rent to the Industrial Tax holder.

This is another community business in need of possession. There are no upfront payments, just rent/bills to worry about. The more occupied owned business premises, the higher the rent fees. This building must be occupied should someone want to open up a business on the street.
Fluxford Police station
This is a government building so no tax is paid out, it features time out rooms and jail cells with a system where most buildings can call the police sending a signal to them from their own building.
Fluxford Bank
This is a secure of which players on the server can use to store money and item and also take out loans. Jobs are available but you will only get the job if we feel we can trust you.
Industrial Tax Holder
This is a government building. People who need to pay their rent here must be at the building on the 10th Minecraft day. People deposit their payment into a chest whilst being locked in a booth. People can buy rights to land here and ask for extensions which may not always be possible. An admin may possibly manage this until someone manages it.
Fluxford Oil refinery
It's job is to have a supply of oil for anyone who needs it for quarry operations and so on. It has a built in oil well and can look to other oil wells given that it is allowed to build piping in Fluxford.
Your Ores 4 Cash
A place where miners can sell ores for quick cash, this building is admin controlled and won't always be able to trade. This building is focused on helping new players in getting some gold.
