It is a lot of information but taking the time to read rules that apply to you will be very beneficial :)
Basic Rules
- No block grieving in city borders unless in your plot.
-Avoid building near cities outside of the border. (They have the right to expand and taking over your area since your avoiding taxes).

Private Business Owners
- Advised to pay employees every 10 Minecraft days
- Pay your rent every 10 Minecraft days to the Industrial Tax services (your first 10 Minecraft days is free)
- Do not expand your building unless rights given by the Tax services building
Private Business Owners: What if:
You don't pay your rent/wages?
You will have to owe it ad the next rent bill on the next 10 MC days. Missing 3 rent bills will result in business closure
Your not logged in to pay rent/wages?
Your business will be shut-down if it hasn't paid rent for 3x in a row Leaving the business in trusty hands allows them to profit your business whilst paying workers and allowing them to make profit too.
You want to claim a resource spot? (For environmental businesses etc)
Claim it, have a signpost (screenshot in case grievers come along) but resource spots very close to the city cannot be claimed without permission.
Community Business Owners
- It costs Little to buy the premises as these are essential working buildings.
- You pay rent to the Industrial Tax Holder building every 10 Minecraft days.
- Don't charge too much rent of any shop occupants or housing tenants (if you own any).
- Do not charge occupants if they bought a shop/house off you, shops will become private, houses pay no rent but can't expand until sold.
- Pay your tax to the Industrial Tax holder (your first 10MC day payment is free)
Community Business Owners :What if
You don't pay your rent/wages?
Same for private business owners.
Your not logged in to pay rent/wages?
Same for private business owners.
Your occupants/tenants are offline when they need to pay their taxes?
Record how much they owe then ask them to pay ASAP when they next log in. If it has been at least 3 missing payments in a row then you may evict them claiming any items as they should keep their valuables on them when logging off.
You want to expand?
This may not be possible, but seek rights from the Industrial tax Holder may allow you to make an extension with increase rent rates.
Commercial Shops
- You have the first rent payment free, if the Commercial Tax Holder doesn't agree, let an admin know.
- Pay set rent fee's to your Commercial tax holder
- Pay set rent fee's to your Commercial tax holder
- Never expand, the Poletax will do this given that they have the rights to from the Industrial tax holder.
- If using utility services such as electricity, pay the fees to the supplier, not the Commercial Tax Holder.
- Keep valuables when logging off, if your shop hasn't paid it's rent 3x in a row it may be closed.
Business Occupants: What if
You don't pay your rent/wages?
It is up to the Land owner (Poletax) to decide what to do with the situation given that you have not been online within 1 week of real-time.
Your not logged in to pay rent/wages?
Don't worry, a record of the amount of Minecraft days will be kept (if the people you owe rent/wages are smart) that you have missed so the rent owed can be easily found and paid.
You want to expand?
Make money, then purchase a private business or get rights to build one, or buy the current premises off the Poletax (Only disadvantage is that you may pay slightly more rent and you cannot expand).
Tenant Occupants
- Pay your rent to the estate agent
- Pay power bills to the suppliers
- Do not expand or alter the building
Tenant/House Occupants: What if
You don't pay your rent?
It is up to the Land owner (Estate agent) to decide what to do with the situation given that you have not been paying rent 3x in a row.
Your not logged in to pay rent/wages?
You will loose your house if 3 'resident tax' payments haven't been made in a row. Keep valuables with you if logging off.
You are thieved?
Don't be mad, it is just a game, you can be thieved as a role playing action, but not purposely where the thief burns down houses and stuff such as grieving. In this case hide your valuables or bank them as you cant expand your house to hide things...
